LaBatisse apartments
LaBatisse on Dousman is designed as an elderly housing option for those 62 years of age and older who are capable of independent living. The apartments feature a secure entry, on-site coin operated laundry, and off street assigned parking. The community room and sun room allow spacious areas for tenants to socialize and gather with friends and family. The community room can be reserved for special gatherings, and features a kitchen equipped with range, refrigerator and sink. LaBatisse offers 22 one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedroom apartments.
Each apartment features a kitchen equipped with a range, hood, garbage disposal, and refrigerator with top freezer. Air conditioning is provided in living rooms, and the bathrooms include either a bath tub with shower or walk-in shower, vanity, mirror and exhaust fan. Living rooms and bed rooms have jacks for telephone and cable.
On site postal service includes individually locked mailboxes and out-going mail service.
A special feature of each apartment is a safety call system connected to the local community hospital for emergencies.

Tenants can also enjoy optional contracted services from the hospital including:
